If you’re like many of my clients, you may have sat down with a therapist before and left frustrated because all you did was talk about the day-to-day details, annoyances, and complaints to never feel like you actually got anywhere.

I take a totally different approach.

My unique style combines humor,  grounded clinical skills, and creative interventions and is focused on empowering you to create the life you have always dreamt of. There will definitely be laughter, sarcasm, and completely random analogies (that totally work!) along the journey of therapy with a promise to never ask you, “and how does that make you feel???”. Whether we use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, Narrative Therapy or Brainspotting for a targeted intervention - we collaborate on what will work best for YOU to achieve your goals.

In addition to practical strategies that you can actually apply to your life, we’ll also take the time to explore the paths that have brought you here and look at the deeper roots behind the way you’re feeling today.
